Assured Conveyancing was established by Licensed Conveyancer Nikki Summerhayes in 2000 to fulfil a need for a better more cost effective conveyancing service for Sydney property buyers and sellers.

Nikki Summerhayes has specialised in conveyancing for over 20 years. During her career Nikki has conducted conveyancing transactions on behalf of a number of the most prominent legal firms in Sydney.

In 1999, with a view to commencing her own practice, Nikki completed her qualification in Conveyancing Law and Practice at Macquarie University. Nikki commenced Assured Conveyancing as a mobile conveyancing service operating from its Berowra headquarters in 2000.

Assured Conveyancing operates on the basis of two fundamental beliefs:

People are being charged too much for their conveyancing

People are being charged too much for their conveyancing and there is generally no upfront certainty on costs on conveyancing transactions. From day one Assured Conveyancing introduced a fixed price low cost structure for all of their clients. Purchasers, in particular, benefit in being able budget with certainty when making an offer on a property.
